Manage customer relationships and act as the primary contact for sea freight and selected air freight shipments.
Coordinate the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Prepare quotations, monitor shipments, and proactively resolve operational issues.
Collaborate closely with operations, sales, carriers, and customers to deliver service excellence.
Support and guide colleagues, acting as a key point of contact when the manager is away on customer visits or business development activities.
Contribute to business growth by identifying improvement opportunities and promoting a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
What we would like you to bring
Completed freight forwarding apprenticeship or equivalent logistics qualification.
Strong experience in international freight forwarding, particularly sea freight; air freight experience is an advantage.
Solid understanding of import/export, customs, and international transport processes.
Previous experience in a senior, coordinating, or informal leadership role.
Commercial awareness, ownership mentality, and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
Fluent French and English; German is an asset.
