Job Description
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our store in Lausanne on a permanent full-time contract.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Sales Performance
- Develop and optimize sales in line with targets set by Management
- Analyze and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs)
- Report commercial performance and market feedback
Customer Service
- Provide expert advice and sales support to a premium clientele
- Build long-term customer loyalty
- Drive in-store activities in line with the brand's commercial strategy
Team Management
- Recruit, train and develop the sales team
- Motivate and inspire team members
- Supervise staff scheduling and daily operations
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company standards
- Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation
- Manage stock levels and inventory
Candidate Profile
You have proven experience as a Store Manager within a premium or luxury ready-to-wear brand.
You are organized, customer-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. With a strong commercial mindset, you are results-driven and enjoy working as part of a team.
Passionate about fashion, you have a keen product sensibility and a solid understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
French language proficiency is required.
