Job Description We are looking for a Store Manager to join our store on a permanent full-time contract.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Develop and optimize sales in line with targets set by Management Analyze and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs) Report commercial performance and market feedback Customer Service Provide expert advice and sales support to a premium clientele Build long-term customer loyalty Drive in-store activities in line with the brand's commercial strategy Team Management Recruit, train and develop the sales team Motivate and inspire team members Supervise staff scheduling and daily operations Ensure compliance with company standards Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation Manage stock levels and inventory Candidate Profile You have proven experience as a Store Manager within a premium or luxury ready-to-wear brand.
You are organized, customer-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
With a strong commercial mindset, you are results-driven and enjoy working as part of a team.
Passionate about fashion, you have a keen product sensibility and a solid understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
