Overview
In this role, you will lead the development and expansion of the organization’s information security and data protection framework. You will act as the go-to advisor for management and staff, driving compliance across group companies and shaping risk-aware decisions. You’ll collaborate with IT, Product Security, and Legal teams to implement secure solutions and monitor adherence. This is a mission-driven role within a global healthcare technology company that values patient safety and cross-border collaboration.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and expand the international ISMS and data protection management system
- Serve as point of contact for awareness, training, and consulting on information security and privacy
- Plan and execute projects to enhance data protection and information security
- Audit and monitor compliance across group companies
- Contribute to management reporting and risk analyses
- Support introduction of new IT solutions from security/privacy perspective
- Collaborate closely with IT Security, Product Security, and Legal departments

- professional experience in information security (ISMS/ISO 27001/TISAX) and data protection (GDPR/DSGVO)
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft environment (M365 and Azure)
- fluent German and English (written and spoken)
