Eye for Detail: Ensuring pristine presentation of furniture, luxury textiles, floral arrangements, and guest amenities to create an unforgettable first impression. Public & Guest Area Care: Assisting with the upkeep of high-profile guest areas, public rest spaces, and back-of-house logistics as required. Guest Delight & Service: Managing minibar replenishment, handling guest requests with utmost discretion, and delivering personalized service touches.
