Technical Project Manager Construction
you take charge, on the client side, of the planning and management of construction elements for electrical substations, buildings, foundations and conduit blocks. You ensure high quality, adherence to deadlines and cost efficiency, and work closely with external planners as well as with the execution of works.
Your main tasks
- Responsibility for planning, on the client side, of construction elements for electrical substations, buildings, foundations, conduit blocks and transition structures - Quality assurance on the client side for buildings and civil engineering, including HVACSE, in planning as well as within the framework of external planning by a general planner - Development of sketches and preliminary designs for buildings and civil engineering - Participation in the acquisition of planning services - Support for project management and external planning during the authorisation, tendering and execution phases - Ensuring quality assurance in all project phases and providing technical support to site management - Support for the implementation of occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection - Promotion of effective and trust-based collaboration beyond organisational boundaries
Your profile
- Degree of bachelor or master in civil engineering or equivalent training - At least 5 years of experience in planning and executing infrastructure, building and civil engineering projects (ideally in the field of electrical substations from 50 to 380 kV) - Strong knowledge of Swiss ordinances and standards in building and civil engineering as well as SIA methodology - Experience in structuring complex work packages and advising project partners - Good knowledge of business management - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to clearly explain technical contexts and to facilitate interdisciplinary working groups - High social competence and ability to lead and develop external partners - Very good knowledge of German (native or comparable level), fluent French or Italian for negotiations as well as advanced English - Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and project management tools
Work rate: 80–100 %
Employment type: permanent position (partial remote work possible)
