- Making informed treatment recommendations with professional justification
- Cosmetic treatments
- Good knowledge regarding the selection of skincare products and their ingredients
- Inventory management, ordering supplies, and stocktaking
- Handling of complaints and guest feedback
Your Profile
- Successful completion of vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable field
- Professional experience in the same or a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry
- Ideally, experience with Opera Cloud
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of work, reliability & team spirit
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Good command of English
