Your role: Laboratory Assistant in Quality Control (m/f/d)
The position is initially limited to 2 years.
Your Responsibilities:
- Wide-ranging analysis: You will apply chromatographic (HPLC, GC) and wet chemical methods to ensure precise quality control, maintaining data integrity through GMP-compliant documentation and modern laboratory standards (e.g., 5S).
- Pharmacopoeia compliance: You will independently establish and verify analytical methods according to applicable monographs (e.g. EP, USP) and carry out verifications in regulatory revisions.
- Method optimization & CAPA management: You will experimentally investigate and optimize analytical procedures in the context of deviations and CAPA measures to sustainably increase methodological robustness.
- Conducting validation studies: You will carry out method validations and verifications for new products and feedstocks practically on the device and strictly comply with GMP requirements.
- Securing method transfer (APVs): You will develop "best practices" for analytics and record them in supplementary audit regulations (APVs) to ensure consistent application of the methods across the team.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: You have completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d), CTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification and 2+ years relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical quality control.
- Expertise: You have in-depth, field-tested knowledge in instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC, spectroscopy) as well as in the application of international pharmacopoeia (EP, USP).
- Languages: Fluent German and good English skills for working with international pharmacopoeia.

- Methodological competence: Experience in the practical processing of methodological issues in the context of CAPA processes and in the implementation of method validations.
- Way of working: High level of technical understanding of laboratory processes, work reliably in the implementation of complex monographs and passion for working directly in the laboratory.
- IT affinity: Experience with MS Office and chromatography data systems (e.g. Empower) and SAP.
