Your tasks:
- Lead and develop the portfolio and pipeline strategy for assigned asset categories
- Expertise either in seed treatment and / or insecticides strongly preferred
- Serve as the \’go-to\‘ expert, facilitating communication across core functions and the distribution business
- Conduct market and financial analyses to support product positioning and marketing strategies
- Influence cross-functional teams both directly and indirectly
- Ensure efficient product supply, strong branding, and category growth
- Main interface between Research & Development, Sales and Customers
Your skills:
- Relevant degree preferably in Biology and Agronomy
- Minimum 5 years\‘ experience in marketing, sales, or product management
- Strong understanding of marketing principles
- Excellent project, process, and organizational management skills
- Ability to work independently and influence collaborative teams
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with proven impact
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the core regions
- Professional fluency in English, knowledge of German is also preferred
