Join us at KWS Berlin GmbH as a Working Student in Accounts Payable with French (m/f/d), part-time. This role offers a 12-months contract, with an average workload of 20 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Support the Accounts Payable core processes such as processing invoices.
• Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement.
• Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise within the team.
• Engage in projects focusing on automation, optimization, and digitalization.

Profil

• Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with a minimum 2 semester left of studies.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure when facing new tasks.
• First experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong experience with MS Office – Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Conscientious working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German) are a plus.
• Preference for availability four times per week.
• Located in Berlin/Brandenburg.
