Are you passionate about shaping the future of agriculture with cutting-edge digital solutions? We are looking for a skilled professional to drive the development and continuous improvement of KWS Digital Farming Solutions at our Einbeck-based HQ.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering exciting opportunities to innovate and make a real impact in the industry.

Your Tasks:

• Deployment and continuous improvement of digital farming solutions for the KWS Group and for the myKWS platform
• Establishing and developing partnerships and connectivity solutions around our digital offerings
• Coaching and advising sales teams in using digital farming tools from an agronomic perspective
• International rollout of digital farming tools
• Knowledge sharing and build-up of competence in digital farming as part of a network of digital farming specialists
• Securing a unified customer experience, data sources, standards and structures within digital farming
• Responsible for cooperations, trends and contacts to start-ups and other companies in the AgTech sector

Your Profile:

• Preferably an academic degree with focus on agronomy or digital farming or comparable
• Proven background in digital farming and agronomy
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management is an advantage
• Link between marketing, business and IT
• Existing networks in digital/smart farming or AgTech would be a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex topics
• Good command of both English and German; additional languages are an asset
