- 0.5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, git, and bash.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus or Grafana.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of infrastructure as code and GitOps principles.
Responsibility:
- Incident management and maintenance of environments and applications.
- Support development and BA teams.
- Configure and maintain monitoring systems.
