As a Cyber Security Senior Consultant, you\’ll be the guardian of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, ensuring organizations are shielded from the ever-evolving threat landscape. Your expertise will be sought after as you assess, analyze, and implement effective security measures in customer environments, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to safeguarding their most sensitive data.

Collaboration will be your forte, as you work closely with clients to understand their unique security requirements and assess their current security posture. Armed with this knowledge, you\’ll provide expert guidance and recommendations on the best security practices, risk management strategies, and robust security policies that will fortify their defenses.

You won\’t stop at providing advice; you\’ll roll up your sleeves and get hands-on. Designing and implementing security controls, policies, and procedures will be your playground. You\’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to deploy state-of-the-art technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, access controls, and encryption technologies, ensuring a comprehensive security framework.

Required Skills and Experience

1. 7+ years of experience in a Cyber Security field
2. Experience and market knowledge in at least 3 of these areas (architectural /solution design + presales level) SASE, ZT, IAM/PAM, Endpoint protection, CSPM, hyperscalers security suites, Threat Intelligence, TH, OT security, NW security, application protection, encryption
3. Experience Advising C suite
4. Basic knowledge of cloud computing and hyperscalers services
5. Good knowledge of managed cyber security, MDR, incident response (CSIRT), security operations, vulnerability management, security assurance (GRC) and cyber security standards
6. Familiar with main cyber security Vendors, the solutions and the local contacts, able to work with them in new business opportunities (PA, Crowdstrike, Fortinet, Trendmicro, Thales, Cisco, Netskope, Nozomi….)
7. Good performance, working in the client\’s deadlines and with focus on high quality technical proposals
8. Able to communicate fluently in English and German

Preferred Skills and Experience

1. Valid and current certification or equivalent experience in one of the following: CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / Certified Cloud Security Professional / GIAC Security Essentials / ISC2 / ISO22301
2. Vendor accreditations on technical knowledge for key products / solutions
3. Familiar with vulnerability scanning, application security, penetration testing, encryption, threat modelling, identity and access management, and secure coding
4. Security tooling for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
5. Technical architecture skills
6. Sales skills
7. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and methodologies, and experience integrating security into agile development processes
8. Familiarity with emerging security technologies and trends, such as artificial intelligence/machine learning or others

This position is classified in the job family “ST1” in accordance with the applicable IT collective agreement. Your actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal conversation, takes your professional experience and qualifications into account and can be significantly higher than the minimum salary specified in the collective agreement.
