What we are looking for
- Education: Univeristy degreein a business or technical field, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience: in electronics distribution, connectors, and manufacturing
- Digital proficiency: Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 80%)
What you can expect
- Management of multiple European and regional sales partners, including regular visits to them
- Responsibility for the POA performance of assigned accounts
- Preparation of business plans and regular POS forecasts for sales partners
- Close collaboration with the regional KYOCERA AVX sales and technical teams
- Monitoring the efficiency of sales partners using KPIs
- Overseeing or directly participating in key negotiations
- Developing marketing communications and incentive plans for assigned customers
