With the guidance and support of an experienced senior team, you will be responsible for:\\nConducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers, reviewing medical literature.\\nPerforming rigorous strategic and financial analyses, using leading-edge software and techniques, to develop a deep understanding of commercial issues.\\nCollaborating with team members to build on the scientific, medical and technical expertise that you bring to projects, to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client.\\nMaking L.E.K. an enjoyable and rewarding place to work by coaching colleagues and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture.\\nWho we are looking for\\nWe are currently seeking exceptional and committed individuals with the ability to solve complex problems creatively, with backgrounds in biosciences, medicine, biotechnologies, and experience or strong interest in economics and business strategy related to Life Sciences.\\nSuccessful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, relevant professional experience, and notable extracurricular interests.
