Job Title: Recruitment Researcher – Strategy Consulting (3-Month Contract)
Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid on Site 2-3 days a week)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (3 months)
Language Requirement: Fluent German & English

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Researcher with a background in strategy consulting or professional services recruitment to join our team on a 3-month contract in Munich. In this role, you will support senior recruiters by providing high-quality talent mapping, market insights, and candidate identification for niche, high-calibre roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted research to map the talent landscape within consulting, professional services, and related sectors.

• Identify, engage, and qualify top-tier candidates across German-speaking markets using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other tools.

• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.

• Deliver insightful research reports to inform sourcing strategies and hiring plans.

• Support recruitment operations through data management, reporting, and coordination as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent research within strategy consulting, professional services, or executive search .

• Fluent in German and English , with excellent communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the consulting talent profile, industry structures, and competitive landscape.

• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter

• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
