The Foundation of Retirement Homes of the Aigle district, including the EMS of Aigle, Bex and Les Diablerets.
Employing around 240 staff, currently comprising 190 long and short stay beds, 28 CAT places and meal delivery services at home, the Foundation plans to increase its capacity and diversify its services, notably with the construction of a new EMS in Bex, scheduled to open in 2028.
The Residence of Les Diablerets is a medico-social establishment, with a mission of a geriatric and psycho-geriatric nature. With a capacity of 22 beds, it accommodates elderly residents for long and short stays and has a temporary reception centre.
To complete the care team, we are looking for a start date 1st November 2026 :
A nurse at 80%
Your profile:
- Bachelor in nursing or equivalent qualification - CAS PF, psychogeriatrics, palliative care, HPCI training an asset - Previous experience in EMS would be an asset - Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, to manage and support a team of healthcare assistants in daily tasks - Calm, soothing character, open-mindedness and ability to take a step back - Commitment, proactivity, team spirit - Sense of responsibility and priorities, communication skills - Comfortable with IT tools - Geographical proximity (on-call service)
Your main tasks:
- Apply your technical and specific nursing skills - Ensure the quality of care, in collaboration with the head of service - Contribute to the good organisation of the service and ensure residents' comfort - Contribute to the support and supervision of care staff - Collaborate with various internal services and partners (families, doctors, external partners)
