The Aigle Residence is a medico-social establishment, with a mission compatible with geriatric and psycho-geriatric care. With a capacity of 77 beds, it accommodates elderly residents for long and short stays. It also has a temporary reception centre. To complete the care team, we are looking for:
Community Health and Care Assistant at 80%
Your profile:
- Holder of an ASSC Federal Certificate of Competence and FEE training is an asset - Interest in geriatrics and psycho-geriatrics, previous experience in nursing homes is a plus - Interest in basic care, medical care and working in a multidisciplinary team - Proactivity and good interpersonal skills - Ability to be open, analytical and adaptable in complex situations - Comfortable using IT tools (knowledge of DIR is an asset)
Your main tasks:
- Organise and provide complete and personalised care to residents - Assess the physical, psychological and social needs of residents and respond using available resources. - Perform delegated medical acts - Work in collaboration with care team members and other services within the institution
