Employing around 240 staff, currently comprising 190 long and short stay beds, 28 CAT places and meal delivery services, the Foundation plans to increase its capacity and diversify its services, notably with the construction of a new EMS in Bex, scheduled to open in 2028.
The Grande Fontaine Residence is a medico-social establishment with 84 beds, accommodating clients in geriatrics and psycho-geriatrics, suitable for long and short stays as well as day care. A human-scale institution, we are committed to supporting residents daily according to the Montessori method, respecting their pace and autonomy. The establishment plans to increase its capacity to 124 beds and diversify its services, notably with the construction of a new EMS in Bex, scheduled to open in 2028. We are looking for:

Your profile: Holder of the mandatory Red Cross health auxiliary certificate Experience in old age psychiatry (an asset) Interest in elderly people Dynamic, enthusiastic, rigorous person Flexible - day, evening shifts, and two weekends per month Geographical proximity to Les Diablerets or willingness to relocate there Your main tasks: Support residents in ADLs (activities of daily living: hygiene, nutrition, mobilisation, monitoring, safety and comfort for residents); Participate in individual and group activities; Perform basic and comfort care; Collaborate with other services.
