The Role We need someone to source the imagery and B‑roll that brings our scripts to life. Every video covers a specific subject — a watch reference, a hotel suite, a spirit, a jewelry house — and needs accurate, high‑quality visuals to match. You’ll work from finished scripts, find the right assets, and hand them off for review. This is a narrowly scoped, focused role: image and visual asset sourcing. It does not include captions, publishing, community management, or video editing — those are owned elsewhere on the team. If you like research, have a sharp eye, and enjoy going deep on a niche topic to find exactly the right image, this is built for you. Responsibilities Review scripts and identify every visual reference needed (products, locations, details, brand‑specific imagery). Source high‑quality images and B‑roll from press kits, brand websites, licensed photography, and other appropriate channels. Verify accuracy — correct model, correct year, correct location, correct product variant. Precision matters more than speed. Organize and label sourced assets clearly for handoff and review. Build and maintain a running source list and asset library by category (watches, jewelry, hotels, spirits, dining, aviation) to speed up future research. Flag any subject where suitable imagery is hard to find or rights are unclear. You're a Fit If You Have 1 year of experience in research, editorial assistance, photo/visual research, or a related field. Are detail‑oriented and comfortable doing focused, independent research. Have an eye for image quality — composition, lighting, resolution — and can tell a great asset from an adequate one. Are reliable with deadlines and comfortable working remotely with light supervision. Have genuine curiosity about luxury: watches, jewelry, hotels, fine spirits, aviation, dining, and craftsmanship. Bonus: experience with rights management or licensing imagery, background in luxury/fashion/travel media, familiarity with brand press kit conventions.
