Senior Quality Manager Compliance & Standards

pAccountable for leading and continuously improving the quality management system within the Luxury Global QM department, ensuring robust quality standards, compliance, governance, and monitoring are embedded across key processes, solutions, and business interfaces. /ph3How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact /h3h3QMS /h3ulliQMS governance for Luxury HQ and external 3PM / Luxury manufacturing sites. /liliMaintain a quality management system (QMS) that provides a standard, formal, and continuous approach to quality management. /liliIdentify, create, and maintain standards, procedures, and practices for key processes to guide Luxury in meeting quality standards. /liliProcess owner for SOP management, deviations, CAPA, and change management at Luxury. /liliRegularly monitor and review the QMS against agreed acceptance criteria for ongoing operations and process improvement projects. Accountable for QMS KPI execution results. /liliSupport certification, where required, for key processes, organizational units, products, and services. /liliEnsure QMS requirements are cascaded and applied across all business units and departments at Luxury. /liliBuild continuous benchmarks regarding market and manufacturing state-of-the-art practices and the regulatory context, improving and tailoring Luxury quality practices. /liliProvide quality systems subject matter expertise regarding external quality audit support, as well as standardize Luxury quality systems practices and procedures. /liliDevelop and maintain QMS training frameworks, materials, and deployment plans to ensure employees are trained on standards, procedures, and quality best practices. /liliBuild QMS capabilities across functions by organizing, facilitating, and monitoring training and competency development, with focus on auditing, compliance, and leadership accountability. /li /ulh3IT Quality / Digitalization /h3ulliAlign technology and business processes with business requirements and enterprise quality management requirements. /liliPartner with the IT/Digitalization organization to identify, develop, test (as required), and deploy innovative technology solutions and applications to support quality systems across the business at Luxury HQ and the factory. /liliOwn the Supply Chain SharePoint, including maintenance, enhancements, and access rights management. /li /ulh3Performance, Projects and Integrations /h3ulliLead and support special projects and integration initiatives across Quality, ensuring alignment of standards, governance, processes, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring. /liliMonitor project performance and relevant indicators to ensure visibility, progress tracking, and effective follow-up across strategic initiatives. /liliProjects include, but are not limited to, Luxury Integration, Beiersdorf Integration, Quality Culture, and Lift Integration. /li /ulh3What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent /h3ulliUniversity degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as quality, engineering, life sciences, or another scientific discipline.
