Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns while ensuring smooth production operations across all channels. The Creative Production Project Manager serves as the central coordinator between creative vision and operational delivery, managing end-to-end production workflows with precision and a commitment to brand excellence.
Responsibilities
Creative Production
Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market teams, including Marketing, Digital, Social Media, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Communications, to ensure alignment on content strategy and execution.
Coordinate studio deliverables and project timelines in partnership with the Process & Planning team.
Supervise Art Directors and external freelancers throughout the creative concept development process, ensuring all ideas align with visual excellence and the Brand’s image strategy.
Manage end-to-end creative production, including photo shoots, video productions, and CGI projects, from briefing and planning through execution and feedback implementation.
Coordinate post-production activities with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Support the review, approval, and adaptation of creative assets in collaboration with relevant departments.
Administration
Coordinate internal invoicing processes.
Manage supplier invoicing and payment follow-up.
Prepare contracts and oversee the signature and approval process.
Skills & Experience
5–8 years of professional experience in project management and creative production
Vendor management and collaboration with external partners
Budget control and financial oversight, Contract administration
Experience in luxury, beauty or fashion is a strong advantage
Experience working across diverse, cross-functional, and international environments
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Fluency in English required
Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite
