Required Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RF or microwave semiconductor testing, characterization, or ATE-based RF development.
- Hands-on expertise with RF test instrumentation and techniques (e.g., S parameters, EVM, ACPR, noise figure, linearity, modulation metrics).
- Proficiency with test program development, scripting languages, and automated test workflows (V93000 experience preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and project management experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience testing 5G/6G transceivers, UWB, WiFi, Bluetooth, RF front-end modules, for wireless connectivity chipsets.
- Familiarity with semiconductor ATE equipment such as handlers and wafer probers.
- Background working in cross-functional global environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 25%, Asia, US).
