About the Team:
Our Central Laboratory Services located in Geneva with 8 different laboratory testing departments process and analyze clinical samples collected from Europe, Africa and Middle East countries in the frame of clinical trials.
Internship Assignment Summary:
- To implement laboratory training and SOPs major changes record training tool in central laboratory services – Goal is to create, manage, maintain and update all the training documentation electronically and globally.
- The intern will be responsible for the implementation in Geneva as a start, but will work closely with the subject matter experts identified also in other locations (Indianapolis, Shanghai and Singapore) in order to achieve a global process via the tool.
- The tool will concern all laboratory technicians profiles and grades within Genomics laboratory and across all the locations.
- The main project drivers are:
- Process improvement for the „On the job“ and SOPs major changes trainings documentation, harmonization and sustainability
- Compliance with CAP regulations
- Reduction in audit findings
- Reduction of paper handling, electronic 5S initiative, time and space savings
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
- You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
- No scientific background required.
- Proficiency in French and intermediate level in English.
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
- Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
