Your mission
Within the IT team, you play a key role in operating, developing, and securing our IT environment. You work on both IT infrastructures and business applications as well as the solutions used in our laboratories.
Your main objective: to provide advanced technical support, contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, and become a key player in operational continuity on our critical systems.
Your responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructures, Active Directory, virtualisation, and storage.
- Manage and develop our Microsoft 365 and Intune environment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Participate in the integration and support of business applications and laboratory instruments.
- Ensure maintenance and monitoring of critical infrastructure components.
- Document systems, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to IT evolution, security, and modernisation projects.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
Your profile
- Higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
- Experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
- Good skills in analysis, diagnosis, and problem resolution.
- Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand business needs and challenge requests when necessary.
- Interest in varied technical environments and business applications.
Assets
- Experience with Intune, VMware ESXi, networks, and security.
- Knowledge of laboratory, industrial, or medical environments.
- Experience in application or equipment integration.
- Knowledge of Mirth Connect or willingness to quickly develop skills.
