Your mission
Ensure the administration, support and development of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to guarantee the reliability of operations, data quality and business continuity.
Your main responsibilities
- Provide support and resolve incidents related to the LIS and interfaces.
- Manage reference data (tests, reference values, methods, pricing).
- Configure user roles and workflow rules.
- Manage the configuration and monitoring of interfaces between the LIS and laboratory systems/instruments.
- Participate in data migrations, validation tests and application upgrades.
- Maintain procedures for operating in degraded mode (downtime).
- Document processes and enrich the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with laboratories, IT teams and suppliers to ensure continuous improvement of the solution.
Your profile
- Experience in LIS/LIMS administration or support, or training as a laboratory technician
- Good understanding of laboratory processes and data flows.
- Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve incidents.
- You have an analytical, solution-oriented mindset
- You support users with kindness, show great empathy and adopt a pedagogical approach tailored to their needs.
- A taste for documentation, quality and continuous improvement.
Assets
- Knowledge of LX from Labsolution and HL7 interface standards
- Experience with LIS migration, validation or deployment projects.
- Knowledge of laboratory instruments and applications.
