Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic violence case managers
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and oversee daily operations
• Conduct training and provide guidance on victim advocacy services
• Respond to inquiries and urgent requests within designated timeframes
• Attend and participate in meetings, briefings, and program evaluations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social services, psychology, counseling, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a social service program
• Strong knowledge of family violence dynamics, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with victims and stakeholders
• Proficiency in program management, training, and compliance monitoring
• Valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license
