Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic violence case managers
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and oversee daily operations
- Conduct training and provide guidance on victim advocacy services
- Respond to inquiries and urgent requests within designated timeframes
- Attend and participate in meetings, briefings, and program evaluations
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social services, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a social service program
- Strong knowledge of family violence dynamics, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with victims and stakeholders
- Proficiency in program management, training, and compliance monitoring
- Valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license
