JOB TITLE: Medical Admin
LOCATION: LANDSTUHL Regional Medical Center, Germany
DUTIES:
- Provides customer support functions to include providing audiology hearing conservation counseling assistance, educational assistance to U.S. Army personnel.
- Assists in Healthcare Finder functions including healthcare network accuracy, medical specialty determination, and referral processing.
- Conducts an end-of-processing Quality Control program assuring accurate Medical Service information necessary for accessing the Military Healthcare System services.
- Performs quality assurance of medical information associated with the Assessment Review.
- Provides medical service coordination and education of technical issues associated with the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System – Hearing Conservation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree from a recognized university or equivalent degree.
- Three years of cumulative overall experience in the following areas:
- Three year-experience with U.S. Military Healthcare delivery system and benefits or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment.
- Three years of working experience in a medical office or clinical environment.
- Two year-experience with the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and the U.S. Military Electronic Health Record system Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application.
- Fluency in English level C1.
