It Analyst

Duties:

• The applicant shall manage Active Directory User Accounts and groups.
• The applicant shall install and troubleshoot all Government-approved IT equipment such as desktops, monitors, and printers.
• The applicant shall physically deploy, relocate, and/or replace IT equipment.
• The applicant shall demonstrate how to log in to the network, save and retrieve files, find course materials, and effectively use all GCMC IT resources available.
• The applicant shall provide a first line interface with the participants and shall be physically present and available to the course participants during all scheduled breaks and a minimum of one (1) hour prior to the course start time and one (1) hour after the course end time.

Education/Qualification:

• The applicant shall possess an IT certification.
• The applicant shall have at least three years of experience.
