Reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions. Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment. Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders.What you’ll doPlan, support, report specific type of shipments to worldwide customersExecute daily export compliance tasksVerify export documentation to ensure that same is accurately prepared and in compliance with LAM Research internal procedures, all relevant Customs/regulatory requirementsTeam with third party service providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers as necessary to implement and/or maintain customs compliance and logistics processes in support of operationsCommunicate with Austrian customs officeReview root cause and respond to export issues tied to customs data identified during internal auditsDocument desk procedureCreate more efficient ways of recurring tasks with support of available tools and/or AIWho we’re looking forCompleted apprenticeship in Business-Logistics-Apprenticeship or graduate of HAK/HAS would be preferred2 years of related experience would be preferredOpen minded personalityTeam player with ability to work well cross-functionallyAbility and willingness to learn (GIS systems, processes)Confidence to make decisions and the accountability to uphold themCommunicates clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners across various forums and meetings.Good oral and written communication skills in English and GermanWhat we're offeringThis position is subject to the AUSTRIAN Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group E.
