Overview
In this IT Engineer role, you will design and implement automation-driven solutions that stabilize and improve Lam's infrastructure. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, reduce incidents, and enable scalable, self-healing operations. Your work will help drive reliability and efficiency across enterprise endpoints and platforms. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise automation at scale and partner with Security, Client Services, and operations to align outcomes with risk objectives.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design self-healing automation to detect and remediate common failures and prevent recurrence
- Architect and operate one-click recovery workflows to minimize manual intervention
- Develop DevOps-based automation for software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management across endpoints
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines for versioned, secure, scalable automation
- Create and maintain scripts and automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and MTTR
- Integrate automation with endpoint management, monitoring, and alerting for event-driven remediation
- Analyze incident trends to identify high-impact self-healing use cases
- Collaborate with Client Services, Security, and other teams to align automation with reliability and risk objectives
- Improve automation coverage and resilience through metrics and iterative enhancements
- Document automation solutions and runbooks to support adoption and maintainability
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong hands-on scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience supporting or automating enterprise client/endpoint environments (Windows and/or macOS)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
- Proven ability to design reliable, maintainable automation in complex enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of system dependencies, integrations, and operational workflows
