Overview
In this role you drive the accountability framework at the Villach site, translating corporate strategies into a practical, multi-level operating system. You’ll lead ISO 9001 compliance, align site objectives with global processes, and oversee audits and continuous improvement. Working cross-functionally with local and global teams, you strengthen operational discipline and sustainable performance. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as local compliance lead for Villach with focus on ISO 9001, policies, and global processes
- Maintain and improve the site accountability system aligned with the Annual Operations Plan
- Coordinate cross-functional objective setting, performance tracking, and accountability reviews (e.g., Quarterly Operations Reviews)
- Lead ISO 9001 and customer audits for Villach in collaboration with global Compliance organization
- Drive corrective actions and CI initiatives addressing audit findings, gaps, and nonconformities
- Foster alignment across functions to ensure ownership, timely execution, and measurable progress
- Prepare and present performance insights, audit readiness status, and improvement opportunities to leadership
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Engineering
- or Master in Engineering/Quality Management/Business Administration with relevant experience
- 3+ years in project or program management
- Experience in international or matrixed organizations
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
- Experience in compliance management, BPM, accountability systems or operational excellence
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills with data mining and performance analysis
- Fluent English; German beneficial
- Quality or CI certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus
