Overview
In this role you will enable efficient manufacturing through capacity modeling and labor analysis within a cleanroom environment. You will collaborate with site and global stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, drive productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position focuses on layout optimization, 6S, and cross-site IE programs in a high-tech setting. Your work directly impacts throughput, cost effectiveness, and lean transformation in a semiconductor manufacturing context.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios
- Perform data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints
- Prepare reports and recommendations for site and global stakeholders
- Conduct labor studies and workload assessments; develop labor standards and productivity metrics
- Identify opportunities for labor optimization and cost reduction; support KPI reporting
- Lead cleanroom optimization activities including layouts, equipment placement, and line balancing
- Drive 6S implementation and sustainment; support manufacturing flow improvements and ergonomic assessments
- Participate in global IE initiatives, standardization programs, and cross-site projects; support Lean, Kaizen engagements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering or related
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Factory Planning
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments and production operations
- Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and productivity optimization
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent (preferred)
- Power BI and SQL knowledge (preferred)
- MTM, time studies, and labor standards development (preferred)
- Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or cleanroom environments (preferred)
