Overview
In this role you provide on-site service and support for advanced high-tech equipment, solving technical issues and minimizing downtime. You will work with cross-functional teams and customers globally, with structured training to become a subject matter expert in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. The position combines hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and project work to ensure reliable equipment performance. You will contribute to upgrades, if needed, and document outcomes to support continuous improvement.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Service, maintenance, and repair support for advanced equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes of failures
- Install, start up, and relocate equipment as required
- Perform diagnostics and implement downtime-reducing solutions
- Support equipment upgrades and engineering changes
- Read and work with electrical and mechanical drawings, diagrams, and manuals
- Maintain accurate service and project documentation
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure excellent service
- Support and execute smaller technical projects and gradually take on more complex tasks

- Strong interest in technology and problem-solving
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
