As the Kinaxis SME for Factory Production Planning, you drive Kinaxis adoption and continuous improvement to deliver reliable, executable production plans across the global factory network. You lead issue resolution, backlogs, and data-driven analytics, partnering with DT, IT, and Planning. You translate business needs into Kinaxis solutions and enable planners to maximize platform value in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your work supports scalable, predictable planning and improved decision quality.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as Kinaxis SME and SPOC for all Kinaxis activities within FPP
- Own intake, prioritization, and resolution of Kinaxis break-fix issues with DT/IT/Kinaxis teams
- Lead CIP initiatives to enhance planning quality, automation, and user experience
- Develop and enhance Kinaxis reporting/analytics (SRF changes, ATP, capacity, schedule adherence)
- Translate business requirements into Kinaxis solutions and manage enhancement backlog
- Coordinate testing, training, and deployment of new Kinaxis capabilities with cross-functional teams

- Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6 years with a Master’s degree)
