Mechanical Engineer (all genders) in Villach

Overview

In this role you will support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, from concept to productization. You will design components, model in CAD, and validate performance through testing and analyses. You will ensure GD&T-compliant documentation and communicate design intent through clear reports and presentations. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams will drive manufacturability, quality, and cost optimization, with a focus on delivering robust specifications and risk analyses.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Conceptualize and design mechanical/electro-mechanical components and systems
• Create CAD models using AutoCAD, Inventor, NX or equivalent
• Perform structural, FEA, thermal, fluid and manufacturability analyses to specify designs
• Develop feasibility studies and test plans for validation
• Produce technical reports and design review presentations for diverse audiences
• Ensure GD&T documentation aligns with SEMI and Lam standards
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability and cost optimization
• Deliver FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses, and test specifications

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 2+ years of work experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, or NX (or similar CAD software)
• Experience with mechanical module design
• Strong English communication skills
• MS Office knowledge
