Overview
In this role you will develop, verify, and document fluid delivery systems aligned with specifications and standards. You will create architectures and detailed designs using calculations and simulations, and define system requirements for new products. You’ll lead risk assessments, documentation release, and BOM management while ensuring seamless integration with other modules. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions that meet safety and regulatory requirements. This position offers the chance to shape fluid system engineering in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop, verify, and document fluid delivery systems per specifications and product requirements
- Create system architectures, technical concepts, and detailed designs from engineering analyses
- Define operational concepts and Theory of Operation for software development
- Perform engineering analyses of fluidic, mechanical, and electrical aspects using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW or similar tools
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance via risk assessments, FMEA, and technical reviews
- Own BOM management, document release plans, and development deliverables
- Drive technical alignment for successful system integration with interfaces to other modules and environments
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, tested, and cost-effective solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3 years studentship; or equivalent experience
- Strong independence and structured problem-solving
- Knowledge or beneficial experience in fluidics, hydraulics, temperature control, or chemical supply systems
- Experience with fluid-related simulations/calculations beneficial
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CAD tools: AutoCAD, Zuken, Inventor or Siemens NX
- Industrial experience with liquid temperature control and hydraulics is a plus
