Overview
In this role you lead the design and operation of Lam's Agent Platform and Internal Developer Platform, enabling AI agents and automation services at scale. You will establish self-service capabilities, deployment standards, and runtime environments to accelerate software delivery and reliability. You partner with architects, SREs, and application teams to onboard services and define governance. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on cloud-native practices and platform excellence. You will shape the core technology foundation powering enterprise automation at Lam.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and implement Lam's Agent Platform and Internal Developer Platform.
- Build and operate cloud-native infrastructure supporting AI agents and automation services.
- Establish platform engineering standards, reusable templates, golden paths, and self-service capabilities.
- Implement GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, policy-as-code, and secure software delivery practices.
- Design deployment pipelines, observability standards, operational controls, and runtime governance.
- Partner with architects, SRE teams, and application teams to onboard services onto the platform.
- Define scalability, reliability, and resiliency requirements for enterprise automation workloads.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native engineering practices across the organization.
- Mentor engineers and build platform engineering excellence.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline with 12+ years of related experience or 8+ years with a Master's degree or +5 years with a PhD or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or software engineering
- Experience building and operating Kubernetes-based platforms in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
- Experience operating mission-critical cloud services at scale
- Strong troubleshooting and systems engineering skills
