Overview
As Principal Agentic Architect you define the enterprise vision for Agentic AI, AIOps, and autonomous operations at Lam. You will shape how AI agents, humans, and digital platforms collaborate to create a scalable, secure, and observable IT ecosystem. This role blends strategy, architecture governance, and hands-on design to enable an agent-native operating model across global operations. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align technology with business priorities and drive transformative outcomes.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define enterprise architecture and technology strategy for Agentic AI, AIOps, autonomous operations, and intelligent automation
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and governance for AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Design integration architecture connecting agents to systems like ServiceNow, cloud platforms, observability, CMDB, developer platforms, and security tooling
- Develop reference architectures for AI-powered incident response, service management, platform operations, FinOps, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery
- Partner with executives to align agentic capabilities with business priorities
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and vendors in AI, automation, platform engineering, and cloud-native ecosystems
- Define policies and approval models to enable safe autonomous operations
- Lead architecture reviews and governance across engineering and operations teams
- Mentor engineers and architects, fostering innovation and best practices
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 15+ years in enterprise/cloud architecture or related field (or 12+ with a Master or 8+ with a PhD/MBA)
- 12+ years designing enterprise architectures on Azure, AWS, or multi-cloud
- Experience with automation, observability, and modern software engineering practices
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration
- Experience leading large technology transformation initiatives
