Overview
In this role you will advance semiconductor processing by developing and evaluating process formulations, defining compatible hardware, and guiding data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to translate roadmaps into actionable processing solutions. You’ll drive adoption of new technologies at customer sites and support tool qualification, contributing to next-generation semiconductor breakthroughs. This position offers hands-on growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global impact.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Perform professional process engineering R&D in a semiconductor environment
- Review processing techniques used in manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation
- Conceptualize and plan projects involving new concepts and approaches
- Collaborate with customers and senior engineers to understand roadmaps and business needs
- Act as customer technology manager for data collection, analysis and reporting
- Serve as single point of contact for process-related customer requests
- Drive introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites including new tool qualification
- Mentor colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risk
- Work with cross-functional teams to obtain needed information and results
- Travel up to 25% as required
Zentrale Anforderungen
- MSc in relevant field or equivalent experience; no prior professional experience required
- Experience in chemical laboratory settings; surface preparation and analytical techniques
- Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse teams

- Strong oral and written English communication and presentation skills
