Overview
As an NPI Engineer, you will drive new product introductions by structuring development BOMs, enabling transitions from development to high-volume manufacturing, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will act as the engineering interface for product and configuration management, ensuring BOM integrity and timely releases. Your work with suppliers and internal stakeholders will help secure GMP-compliant, quality-focused supply chains. This role offers impact on product options, lifecycle management, and problem resolution with remote and on-site teams.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Create and manage initial BOM structures for development programs
- Implement and release new options/features on Spin Clean products
- Drive development-to-HVM lifecycle releases
- Prepare BOMs for automated creation (SAP Item Text rules)
- Maintain BOMs via ECM and align components to manufacturing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product integration and maintenance
- Serve as engineering interface to product and configuration management
- Single point of contact for BOM-related problem reports and escalations
- Moderate and lead cross-functional FMEA sessions, presenting results to management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- HTL in Mechanical or Fluid Engineering with 8–10 years of experience or 5 years + Bachelor’s degree
- Self-managed and proactive work style
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Excellent English communication (oral and written)
- Proficient MS Office
- Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Inventor or NX) as an asset
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system
- Preferred semiconductor industry experience, preferably in a Wet-Clean environment
