Overview
In this Master Scheduler role, you will drive end-to-end production planning and material flow to support on-time delivery across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering. You’ll balance labor and materials with production specifications, respond to design changes, and maintain inventory readiness to meet customer commitments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve schedule interruptions and optimize production throughput. This position sits within Lam’s Global Operations Group, aligning with a mission to deliver rapid, efficient, industry-leading solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage end-to-end execution of production orders and material flow
- Coordinate production plans to ensure material availability according to schedules
- Monitor loading and capacity to meet on-time delivery goals
- Adjust schedules for design changes, shortages, or backlogs
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure production readiness
- Create and submit status and performance reports on production progress
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff
- Provide input to management and interface with marketing, sales, and engineering managers
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree
- Relevant experience in a Clean Product Group Environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English and German
