Overview
In this role, you will provide on-site repair and maintenance for complex electro-mechanical systems in the semiconductor field. You’ll diagnose and fix issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with field engineers and product teams. You’ll install, relocate, and start up equipment, while staying current with OEM materials and engineering changes. This position offers hands-on problem solving and meaningful impact by keeping customers running and enabling product support excellence.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- On-site repair and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical systems
- Analytical troubleshooting to component level
- Complete installation/relocation startup services
- Diagnose equipment problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Customer-site installations/relocations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through manuals, training and factory periodicals
- Assist in complex field modifications per Engineering Change Notifications
- Maintain records and coordinate activities with supervisors and customers
- Plan, manage, and execute limited-scope projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Electronics or related field
- min. 3 years of equivalent work experience
- Ability to work physically (bending, stooping, walking, standing)
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics/diagrams
- Ability to interpret operation manuals for root-cause analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in team with high accuracy
- Perform well in a demanding environment with changing workloads
- Adhere to customer safety rules and policies
