In Lam’s Global Products Group, you design, develop, and troubleshoot software tools that support design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, enabling strong hardware-software integration. You’ll contribute across Lam’s product portfolio within a centralized software team, collaborating with top engineers to drive innovation in semiconductor equipment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products
- Implement new customer requirements and features in existing applications
- Maintain and enhance code by investigating and resolving issues
- Document solutions with clear flowcharts and well-structured code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring for junior engineers
- May visit customer sites and travel up to 10%
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD with no professional experience; or equivalent
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Software, Object Oriented Design, or Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) including Design Patterns and Finite State Machines
- Knowledge of multithreading and preemptive thread scheduling
- Knowledge of communication protocols I2C, SPI, UART
