You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure customer orders are produced on time and within budget.What you'll doLead technical equipment projects from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets.Drive successful execution of complex customer and internal projects by coordinating the efforts of multiple departments including engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and customer service.Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysisDevelop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholdersEnsure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirementsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes by increasing efficiency, quality, and execution excellence.Manage project changes, coordinate change control processes, and ensure proper project closure including documenting lessons learned & knowledge transfer activities.Support supplier readiness assessments, manufacturing ramp activities, and external partner alignment.Minimum qualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience;

or Master's degree with6+ years' experience;

or equivalent experience6+ years of related experience in project management or technical program managementExperience with core competencies including:Strategic Project LeadershipSchedule Development & Recovery PlanningExecutive CommunicationSupplier & Customer ManagementRisk & Escalation ManagementCoordinating cross-functional teams of stakeholders without direct authorityData driven decision makingPreferred qualificationsSemiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industry experience is a plusUnderstanding of operations, manufacturing, and supply chainRelevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2Experience driving change management & continuous improvement initiativesThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
