The impact you’ll make As a Order Fulfillment Program/Project Manager at Lam, you will execute global initiatives focused on order readiness and pre-slot milestone management. This role ensures all customer orders are fully configured, accurately quoted, and ready for initial slotting based on Production Plan and SAP target ship date forecasting. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Regional Sales Operations, Product Group, NSR Engineering, and internal Order Fulfillment teams to drive adherence to pre-slot milestones on all records for all clean business cases. In this role, you will directly contribute to the reduction of impactful or Master’s degree with 6+ years‘ experience; or equivalent experience. 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Strong knowledge of SAP LPR, production planning, and order management processes. Proven ability to manage global projects and collaborate across multiple functions. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (written and verbal); German is a plus. Experience with manufacturing environments and complex product configurations. Familiarity with Sales
