This position is dedicated exclusively to evaluating candidate qualifications, recommending talent for advancement in the recruiting process and ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and inclusive candidate experience. The role does not carry requisition ownership, sourcing responsibilities, offer management, or hiring manager account management duties. Instead, it focuses on delivering efficient, objective, and high-quality candidate assessment at scale.What you'll doSupport end-to-end recruiting activities for corporate hiring teams across both Austrian sites, Villach and SalzburgReview applications, create shortlists and identify top talent and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trendsProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communitiesBuild and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needsEngage candidates through outreach campaigns and maintain a positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data and take over the administrative hiring processes in our systems (SAP)Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely candidate communication and follow-upSupport employer branding initiatives, job advertisements, university relations, career fairs, and recruitment projectsTrack sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to continuously improve recruiting outcomesHAK diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification2+ years of professional experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activitiesExperience sourcing candidates and screening talent for a variety of rolesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally SuccessFactorsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and GermanProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelA collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, empathy, and openness to giving and receiving feedbackA valid work permit for Austria is required for this position.This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry ( ) in the occupation group E-F. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills.
