Theory of Operation's)Track Engineering related KPIs (key performance indicators) and provide visibility to leadership on risks, delays, & corrective actionsContribute to Engineering budget planning (OPEX, CAPEX, AOP requests, programs)Manage content preparation for customer milestonesManage product development transitions to other Lam entitiesDevelop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholdersPrepare presentations, reports, and summaries for marketing and executive forumsIdentify gaps in business processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracyBachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience;

or Master's degree with6+ years' experience;

or a PhD with 3+ years'experience;
