Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the project plan for one or more projects; ensure effective execution and manage commercial impacts of delays.
- Lead the delivery team’s understanding and focus on the plan, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels, enabling efficient contribution from each party.
- Develop scalable best‑practice solutions and user‑friendly tools that elevate long‑term project performance.

Requirements
- Construction engineering background with at least 2 + years on construction projects; solid experience in project‑planning software and principles; strong Excel skills and interest in data.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; charisma and influence to inspire change in construction teams.
- Leadership capability: self‑directed proactivity and ability to lead others by asking purposeful questions.
- Track record of delivering measurable positive impact through scalable, repeatable solutions beyond basic deliverables.
