Technical Entrepreneur in Residence Intern
About the role
As a technical EiR intern, you work closely with our Tech & Data and Venture development team as well as the strategy team. You will also have many touchpoints with the founders. You have a 70% tech and 30% business split and jump between departments to get hands-on with the projects you are most excited about.
- Learn everything about Entrepreneurship (by doing it)
- Get assigned one direct mentor from the leadership team to support your growth
- Work on technical projects (70%) while improving your biz skills (30%)
- Rotate between 3 departments (tech, data, venture development, strategy)
- Join monthly exclusive talks from EU’s best founders – held only for the LANCH Team
- Learn how to raise money in a full-day coaching session (incl. a call with a VC General Partner) → Pitch deck writing, fundraising strategy, team selection
Location: Berlin, Germany
Start Date: ASAP
What you will do:
- Tech Project management: You will work on various important tech projects simultaneously that include multiple different stakeholders from both inside and outside of the organisation.
- Business automation: Build and automate critical company workflows that the company can rely and scale on.
- Be a sparring partner for the tech/data team: You will work closely with our tech team on data analytics, modeling, and engineering projects.
- End-to-end ownership: We will find projects with and for you that you own. We strongly believe that ownership is the key to learning at LANCH.
- Execute the roadmap: As an EiR intern, you will work in cross-functional teams and support in their day-to-day tasks and projects. Where you want to deep-dive it’s up to your skill set and interest.
- Be entrepreneurial: solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box.
About you
To be successful in this role, you:
- Have great communication skills (written & spoken)
- Are enrolled or have obtained a STEM degree.
- Have prior internships/work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Are highly motivated to build a start-up from the ground up
- Have a hands-on mentality and are willing to go the extra mile
- Apply critical thinking to evaluate the best potential outcomes
- Have first-hand software engineering experience
